2. IBA Labs' 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, IBA Labs offers an extended 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in as-new condition, accompanied by the original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

3. Processing Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
